Back from Tioman! Finally… the miserable 12 days sailing. If I had not gone for shore leave there, I would have been onboard for 12 DAYS STRAIGHT! Mind you, 12 days in the confined space is damn boring. OK, enough of that. Next two weeks, I will be at Phuket. Certainly it will be alot fun than Tioman and alot more photos to take!

Though ORD-ing soon, I still learnt a number of things during this trip. The new NAV OJT pushed me out of my ‘comfort zone’ to be his so-called mentor. It really transformed me from a CPL with ‘heck-care’ attitude to a CPL with much more responsibility. My reporting improved and I provided crucial information that the OOW wanted. I also got the chance to help NO to do small boat clearance. (It was not easy at all!) This trip also reaffirmed to me that I am the best junior NAV(I don’t care what others say, but I feel its really a fact! And I deserve CFC. HA!)

Fun…. But, tiring - mentally.
